Chapter One

There was a time in my life where everything around me felt uncertain.

Survival.

I was raised in an environment that lacked stability. Shaped by domestic violence, unpredictability, and survival. There were periods spent in refuge housing, and moments where safety was not always guaranteed.

Yet even within that, there was something steady.

A quiet awareness that life could be different.

From a young age, I found myself drawn inward. To stillness, reflection, and imagination. I would sit quietly and envision a different way of living, holding onto a sense of possibility I couldn’t yet explain.

That quiet knowing became the foundation of everything that followed.

Chapter Two

Awareness.

In my early twenties, I was naturally drawn to wellness. Long before it became widely understood.

I began exploring traditional practices such as Ayurveda, integrating small, intentional rituals into my daily life:

  • Warm lemon water in the mornings.
  • Nourishing oils.
  • Slowing the pace of my day.
  • Creating moments of stillness.

At the time, it wasn’t something commonly embraced. But this was never about following trends.

It was about restoring a sense of balance.

Because when life feels unsettled externally, you begin to seek steadiness within.

Chapter Three

Growth.

Over time, through both lived experience and years of working closely with women, I came to understand something more profound:

The body remembers.

It holds stress, experiences, emotional patterns. Often long after we believe we’ve moved on.

And for many women, this is where the disconnect begins.

You can eat well.

You can train consistently.

You can do everything you believe is “right.”

And still feel as though something isn’t shifting.

Not from a lack of effort. From a lack of alignment.

Chapter Four

Building.

This is what led to the creation of the ELEVÉ Method™. A more considered, integrated approach to wellbeing.

One that honours the body as a whole:

  • Nervous system regulation.
  • Lymphatic flow and fluid balance.
  • Hormonal and metabolic function.
  • Emotional and environmental stress.

Rather than pushing the body further, this work is about understanding what it requires. And responding with intention.

Because true transformation is not forced.

It is supported.

Chapter Five

Arrived.

Through Seeds of Wellness, I’ve created an environment designed to feel calm, considered, and deeply supportive.

A space where women can step away from pressure, expectation, and constant output. And instead, reconnect with themselves.

There is no need to perform here.

Only space to be honest, to be guided, and to be supported in a way that feels both refined and real.

Maria, founder of Seeds of Wellness

This work is deeply personal.

It comes from lived experience, from rebuilding, and from choosing a different path.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about creating change that lasts, and offering that possibility to other women.
